You will be learning 5 Recognitions in the Basic class and 4 more Recognitions in the Advanced class.

Recognitions are statements that your subconscious mind "recognizes" and uses to release old programming, introduce new programming and to develop a deeper relationship with your higher power - Delta.

The Recognitions come in both the "short" form and the "full" form. Every week you are introduced to a Recognition in the short form and the following week you are introduced to the full form.

This is because each Recognition is powerful and the week is an adaptation time. Once you know the full form, that is the one that you will continue to practice from then on.

Each time we meet as a group we begin with a q&a session. All of your questions will be answered so that you are always comfortable going into hypnosis.

The majority of the session is spent in group hypnosis. This is a very special time. The group energy always amplifies the power of each session.

The follow up is another q&a session and group sharing.

The Recognitions are very special and they need to be taught during hypnosis so that you remember them easily.

Learning them or repeating them on your own, because you saw them somewhere on the internet does not have the same effect.

Learning 7th Path privately is a fantastic option. The program is called 7th Path Forward. Your instructor, Helenita, is certified in this modality as well.

7th Path Forward is a three pronged approach to your holistic well-being. You will learn all of the nine Recognitions, plus you'll learn how your feelings and emotions have everything to do with what's happening in your life. You'll actively work on Cal Banyan's book "The Secret Language of Feelings" to gain immense clarity. Finally, you'll also be introduced to and guided to use a journaling system to map our your best life path.
